Vatican Apostolic Library

The Vatican Apostolic Library is the library that the Holy See has organised and maintained in the Vatican since the 15th century; it has one of the most important collections of ancient texts and rare books in the world dating back to the 1st century. 
 
The Vatican Library houses the diary of Pietro Querini.
